Initially this review was going to be negative in nature as a few (minor) things going wrong were compounding to be an inconvenience. However the fabulous team resolved things superbly and went from strength to strength to deliver an exceptional stay. In particular, John from Guest Relations and Narissa in the Reception Team went above and beyond. The hotel is a great location and has an amazing vice. But it's the Moxy Crew that make the stay and the difference.

Moxy offers a different vibe than most other hotel chains, and that’s a good thing! Very friendly staff, the bar area is a wonderful place to chill, have a drink, and chat with the other guests and bartenders. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is exceptional within walking distance to the Acropolis and wonderful shops and restaurants.

lovely breakfast with some local dishes to taste.. staff were helpful with shopping and sightseeing suggestions.. perfect location with metro and busses & security guard at entrance .. outdoor sitting terras with modern design relaxing & reading space .. quiet, clean & comfortable room with minifridge and safe too..

I’ve never experienced such excellent and friendly customer service, and going above and beyond with tips and insight on where to visit, eat and socialise within Athens to maximise our stay and first trip. Can’t recommend enough.
